Been modeling since the end of WW2, but got seriously interested in plastics in the late 50s. From 15 years to 30 years old was an Armament Fitter in the Royal Air Force. Aviation, in all its forms is part of my DNA spiral. Did 14 years with McDonnell-Douglas as an aircraft inspector on DC-10 and MD-11 wings, and 10 years with a company that made parts for CANDU Reactors. Finally, before retirement worked on the Global Express for Bombardier. Was Pres of the Toronto IPMS Chapter for 12 years, and am now modelling at a great pace. Interested in any aircraft that flew, but confining my modelling to 72nd airliners, jets I have worked on, Spits, 109s, and lately have begun to eye the Russian machines... Don't have much interest in choppers, although an neat colour scheme can tempt me!

Photo shows me at the recently run (November) Hobby Show. Our 24th year of attendance..
