The US Air Force Museum has two Spitfires on display... one a photo-recon Mk XI as flown with the 7th PRG from Mount Farm, England, and this Mk Vc complete with Vokes filter as flown with the 31st Fighter Group.  The aircraft was obtained from Australia, and one interesting detail captured during the restoration was the overpainting of the British roundels on the upper wings and fuselage.
