Martin B-26B "Flak Bait"

As the only US bomber to complete 200 missions over enemy territory, "Flak Bait" secured for herself a place in the National Air and Space Museum.  Today, her unrestored forward fuselage remains as a centerpiece of the WWII Gallery at the NASM, and there are plans to eventually reunite it with the remainder of the aircraft, currently in store at the Garber Facility for eventual display at the gorgeous new Udvar-Hazy Center at Dulles International Airport.
